Investment Savings Program
UPHILL Corporation has been a successful and active participant in the United States and worldwide backpack, computer bag, and luggage market since 1980. From the earliest days of the business, UPHILL has offered employees and other individuals and entities the opportunity to invest in the company at an excellent return of 8% APR (annual percentage rate). The program is simple and stated as follows:
UPHILL Corporation will pay a minimum of 8% APR (annual percentage rate, compounded daily) on all account balances equal to or greater than $5.00.
Funds will be used for general corporate purchases such as inventory, payroll, advertising, business travel, etc.
Monthly interest statements will be emailed within 10 days of the end of each month to all accounts with balances equal to or greater than $5.00.
Immediate monthly, quarterly, semiannual, yearly, or custom automatic interest payments to the account holder are available. Payments can be electronically transferred or made via corporate check through the USPS. All payments will be sent no later than 10 days following the end of the scheduled period.
All or a portion of account balances can be requested and will be paid to the account holder with a minimum of 30 days notice anytime after the account has been active for a minimum of 6 months (180 days).
To open an account please make a minimum credit card payment of $100.
All new accounts will receive a 30% off discount code for purchases of any product on the UPHILL.com website. This coupon will also include 10 free personalizations (names, logos, etc.) using embroidery on the UPHILL products of your choosing ($50.00 value). Great for your children’s backpacks or company travel/laptop cases (custom logos may require an art setup fee).
