No credit card information is ever sent via email, and no security numbers are stored on our server.
We're so certain that our online order systems are secure we'll even back it up with a Security Promise. If anyone uses your credit card to make a fraudulent purchase through our secure server, and your bank holds you liable, we'll cover up to $50 of your liability. All we require is:
- The fraud must have occurred through no fault of your own, and the products must be shipped within the U.S.
- You report the fraud to your bank in accordance with your cardholder rules and procedures, and to the proper law enforcement officials, and
- Your bank must provide verification that you are being held liable for the fraud.
