LIFETIME WARRANTY
Uphill products are constructed from only the highest quality
materials. Personal craftsmanship, care, and strict quality control follow each product from
selection of materials to to completion. Therefore, Uphill offers the following lifetime
warranty on its products:

Uphill products are fully guaranteed and warranted against defects in materials
and workmanship to the original purchaser for the life of the products. This warranty does not
cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuses for which this product is not intended. Any product
failure due to material or workmanship defects will be remedied by us by repair or replacement
at our option.
Returns Procedure
At Uphill, we proudly back our products with a full lifetime warranty. To take advantage of this warranty,
just send your bag in with a quick note explaining the problem and your return address.
USPS Priority Mail is usually the cheapest and they will even provide you with a box. Please clean the
pack before sending: cool water wash, mild soap, no bleach, drip dry (do not put in the dryer).

This is printed on the back of the hang tag that is attached to our products.
We are very liberal with this warranty and boast (with the feedback to back it up) that we have
the best quality in the industry.
We recently repaired one of our packs that had been with a customer all over
the world for the last ten years. He worked with the Peace Corp and had nick-named his pack "Ol Blue."
In his letter of fording rivers in Thailand, climbing mountains in Africa, etc..
He pleaded with us to just "repair the pack, do not replace!" This we gladly did at no charge (of course).
His letter went on to explain how well his pack had served him and how he had developed almost a "bond"
with it since "they" had been together for so long. He was an obvious satisfied customer and we are
proud to share his story. We hope to serve you in a similar fashion.
